Same here early morning. Still August 1, 2017 security patch. Weird. No difference as of yet. Unless it was just the Bluetooth security patch.

Applied System Update an hour ago. Just checked with BlueBorne Scanner and S8+ now reports "You are Safe!". And thank you dragon0669 for the link.

Woke up yesterday with the prompt asking me if I wanted to update. All updated and BlueBorne Scanner says I'm safe. Thank you Verizon. Now all I need to worry about is my Tab S2...
