w.pk.installer app reinstall?

i rooted my and removed sprint ID, well as most of you know it also removes sprint tv and the nfl tv app, also there is a update for the lg optimus s and i couldnt install it because it needs that file to apply the update, is there anyway to restore this file or is it gone forever?

i checked that, would want to use that as a last resort, is there anyway to restore just that one file?
