W95 ANDROID box won't power on.

[Android Central Question]

It was working fine one day the next day I plugged it back in and no power lights red or blue or showing and it never registered on the TV screen either. I checked to make sure the cord wasn't bad. When it's plugged in it does start feeling warm so I know it's got power going to it not sure what to do. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
