Wait for OTA or Root?

I was rooted but due to some problems I did unroot. Now I'm ready to root again (love that wifi tether)...but I'm concerned that if I do, I won't be able to get the latest OTA that's coming out soon. Is this a legit concern? Will I have to wait until after the OTA to root again?

From what I understand you need to be unrooted to update and then you can root again.

Either way it does not matter no more. Just be careful since the process is risky if you don't know what you're doing. (not saying you don't, I am just laying that out there).
