Walked Into Sprint Corporate Store Today and Left with My New LG V20

I walked in just for the heck of it and it was dead due to football. Asked about when the V20 would really be available and they said I had them and asked if I would like one. They took back the S7Edge I got at Best Buy no questions asked since I had been through the Note 7 saga. Traded in a working Samsung S4 which showed worth $10 in the system and will get the $200 Sprint Credit 15 days after today on my account.

So so much pain with the Note 7 ( I went thru the recall as well ) and it's nice to read that a nice experience can actually happen !!

Hey that sounds like a majorly pleasant experience. Love to hear stuff like that. Now the real question: what do you think of the V20? When I took my eip 7 Edge to a tmobile and they swapped it for a 7edge on JOD they mentioned about the V20 being available in stores Oct 28. They may get it sooner I imagine.

Jealous. I haven't even found the v20 on display locally although my AT&T store rep confirmed they had stock in the back but couldn't sell. She pushed me to order and ship to home.

Short experience so far but for my use, this is everything the N7 wasn't. No silky side curved screen. The earpiece is loud and clear. The bottom speaker is the best I have heard which for me is important as I wear hearing aids. The phone runs much faster / smoother and the WIFI is much stinger.....and, a removable battery.

I did the same thing Friday and walked out with the V20 from sprint. Traded in an old G2 apparently worth ten bucks and received the $200 credit toward my bill. I'm loving the phone. Lg did a damn good job.

I am on their 24 month payment plan so I don't know. I was told I could either use it to purchase accessories or have it applied to my account.

They just applied the credit to my account.
