Wallpaper HowTo?

Could someone please point me to a HowTo to create my own wallpapers, my phone is the myTouch 3G.

I tried creating a 640x480 wallpaper, uploaded to my Flickr and then set it as wallpaper.. but it seemed to be way to big and the phone asked me to crop it. I don't want it cropped but do the "overflow" thingy..

I would LOVE some help with this.. Google hasn't helped me out here?!

Ok.. I figured you can resize the crop box!!! That helps!

So is the way to get custom wallpapers to the myTouch either by email or a URL?

You can get them on your phone in a few different ways. Email and downloading from URL is just two ways that will work perfectly fine. You can also plug your phone in via USB to your computer and just dump your wallpapers on the SD card. I stick mine in a folder called wallpapers for ease of finding them. The cropping thing happens no matter what size your image is. Even if it's the perfect size for your phones resolution you still have to drag the crop box to select the whole image.
