Wallpaper issue

Greetings,

I have a Droid razr maxx and absolutely love it. I have had it for a few months now and have encountered a wallpaper issue.

I would have the wallpaper set to one of the phones original wallpaper that came with the phone and when I changed it to something different (one of the ones that came with the phone) it would change back to the default wallpaper setting every day.

So I would change it to something different then it change back automatically to the default several hours later. Has anyone else had this issue or has anyone else had this problem?

Nope, can't say that I have. Did you install any sort of wallpaper app recently?

Yes, I have tried a reboot but still reverts back to the default. I haven't installed any wallpaper apps or done any customizing except for what is already installed.

Thanks for the feedback. And yes this has been frustrating. I think I have found the issue with my wallpaper changing to the default wallpaper on its own.

At some point I setup the smart actions app. There was one rule that was triggered either when I came home or when I went to work. The one rule was to change the wallpaper to a default wallpaper. I have set the wallpaper there to be the same as to whatever I change the wallpaper to be. I just need to remember to change it in two places.

Anyway been testing for several days and no more issues with it.

yeah the smart actions is a really great thing.. but a very sensitive thing as well. I'm still trying to figure it out completely.

Smart Actions work great.... it's when people forget they did something... if anything maybe it's too powerful.
