Wallpaper Issues

just wondering if anybody else has the same issue i am having: whenever i use a normal wallpaper (not live) coming from lock screen and unlocking phone, it lags like no other. it some how shifts the wallpaper left and right and then back to the original spot while sliding the lock key. anyways, it lags and it seems like the only solution is to use a live wallpaper, which has no lag whatsoever.

It's pretty normal on most phones.

Even some Live wallpapers will do this.

It isn't always consistant, as it happens maybe 50% of the time.

I never had such issue.
