Wallpaper keeps changing to the default blue?

Ever since I downloaded the lollipop update, from time to time my phone will randomly change my wallpaper to the default blue. Is there a way to fix this without doing a phone reset? I've tried changing my default wallpaper but it keeps going back to the blue one...
I do use an app that changes my wallpaper, so it's almost like my phone shuts the app down or something...

Are you setting it to a static wallpaper or a live wallpaper?
