KDE Look is a site dedicated to the Linux crowd.
Loads of Desktop themes for KDE (a DE for Linux) Since KDE & Linux are Open source most software and things like wallpapers are creative commons. No membership needed

I run Linux KDE 4.5 at home and love the customization I can do.

From plasmoids.. ( as android calls widgets) to desktop and icon themes..
