I had a JPEG set as my wallpaper today. A few hours ago, I was attempting to flick between my home screens, but my phone was resisting changing them, not just lagging as they sometimes do, but actually really dragging before finally moving to the next screen. It was at this time I noticed the JPEG I had set was gone and had been replaced by the default wallpaper of the gray ones and zeros. A reboot restored my chosen wallpaper, but I'm just wondering what could cause something like this. Is it a memory problem?

Thanks.

Don't know why, but I can say it had happened to me a couple of times on my D2G before I got the Gingerbread update.

Right now I'm blaming Dictionary.com's WOTD widget since it started happening after the update.
