Wallpapers won't stop changing after SD card installed

I have a strange problem that just started happening around the same time I put in my SD card yesterday. The wallpapers keep randomly changing on me. No matter what I set it to, it changes like 10 minutes later.
I am running Nova Prime as well. I checked all of the settings there and on the phone. I know there is some setting somewhere to randomize wallpaper, but I cannot find it. It's driving me nuts. Anyone know where this is located?

I do not know, but I doubt it has something to do with the SD card...

I reverted a theme back to stock that I started using a couple of days ago as well. Still doing it. It's funny (not really) that I Googled the issue and NO ONE has a solution for this. I know I've seen this setting before. Something turned it on recently. So frustrating.

Do you have ITTT (if this then that) installed? It has features like that. I have one that whenever I upload a picture from Instagram it'll automatically change my wallpaper to that pic

Nope. I am wondering if the phone is putting certain apps to sleep that may keep the wallpaper in memory. Who knows?

So...no one has seen or heard of this issue before? My last resort is a factory reset, which I am trying to avoid.

Update - I reformatted my SD card this morning, rebooted and set my wallpaper. So far, after slightly less than 2 hours, it hasn't changed on me.
Now, I haven't taken any pictures or saved anything to the card yet. That will be the next test.
I fully intended to format the card as soon as I installed it, but it appeared to be working immediately.
It's hard to believe that I am the only one having this issue, though.

I guess I'll be doing a factory reset today.
