Want stock rom back

is there a way i can get my nexus 7 back to the stock rom. i flashed cm10 and it is no good

What he said.. My guide will walk you through it. In the future always a good idea to make a backup of your stock ROM in recovery so you can go back easily.

Might I ask what you don't like about CM10 though? I've been running Euroskanks nightlies since I got this thing and love it.

Having just done this last night, I can confirm the guide will easily get you back to stock.
