Want to buy unlocked s4

Hello i am looking to buy an unlocked s4 but there is differences between the gt-i9500,i9500,i9505 that i don't really know what to pick.
I have Cincinnati bell wireless it says it has 4g HSPA+ i want one that will work with that.
also where would be a good place to buy one.
