In 2014 I bought a Samsung Note 3 from Telus in Canada.
The Smartphone was locked to the Telus service network.
But I got an unlocked password key number online and unlocked
the Note 3. It worked perfectly.
At present, 2017, 3 years after I bought the smartphone, the device runs
slow. Yes I have installed battery saver apps to help and other things too.
The question I want to ask is if I Factory reset my Note 3 will it go back
to the original locked to telus service network, or will it stay in the Unlocked
condition as it is right now?
