want to go back to ICS !

i updated to jelly bean from ICS recently, but after the update my phone became really slow, and during playing a song, the song lags after every 5/6 seconds which is really irritating...so is there any way i can go back to ICS ???

If I'm not mistaking a factory reset would put you back to ICS! Then if you felt the need to upgrade you would just go to the setting to do so. Hope this helps.

how do i do a factory reset ? and i need to backup my stuffs before factory resetting, right ???

APK Extractor or APK fetcher, These Extract your apps' APKs, and allows to save them elsewhere, so you can port your apps to another phone, or get beck the same versions after a reset.

Don't know about going back to ICS, though. I have never read about resetting after an update. If the update did not affect the backup partition's file, it's possible that it may work, but the update might have also updated the OS backup, so keep your hopes in check.
