You will NOT be able to do it without rooting your phone and then flashing factory images. You will want to post this in the root/hack part of the forum.

You don't need to be rooted to apply factory image updates, but if you want to attempt to downgrade that's root territory

Root or no root does not matter!
Once you are on JB, you CANNOT flash back to ICS!!! Do not attempt it! You WILL brick your phone!
