Warm while charging only one way

If I charge my 8+ with my Samsung Fast Charge power bank and cord, the phone gets warm-not too hot but it feels warm. Any other charge method it's not warm at all. Anyone else have this happen

That's been the norm with any phone I've had, not just Samsung

I can't tell on my device I use a case and charge it several ways. I can say it's the fastest charging I have ever owned and great battery life.

The faster three charging method, the warmer the device will get. If your device starts to get hot while charging, then take it off the charger, as heat is bad for your battery.

It's normal. Mine gets warm when charging on my fast charge wireless charger. Even my old iPhone 6s Plus got a little warm while charging.

Thanks. It was just warm. Now the 7edge I had before it would get HOT

Probably because I went with the black option and live in Arizona, but I'll have the occasional issue in my car when I try to charge it while it's mounted in the window. It will actually pop a warning up on the screen that charging has been disabled because the phone is to hot.

in a way.. yes. The idea of fast charging is it monitors the battery temps and power levels, and uses as much power as it can to charge while the battery remains within acceptable temps. 98f is well within acceptable temps.
