Hi,
Me S10 is getting really warm when I use him, the most is when I look to YouTube and if I use the gps. Are here more persons that have this and is it normal?
Grtz

No problem on my end try going device care and hit optimize or restart your phone

Are you using it on wi-fi or mobile data? If the latter, how's your cell signal? Poor signal can cause the phone to warm up more as it works harder to maintain the signal. Also, do you have a case on? Some cases aren't that good about dissipating heat.

I use on both, mobile and wifi. I have a case from Samsung.

1 or 2 bars? That's not great, so that might be the cause. What happens if you turn on Airplane Mode, and then turn wi-fi back on, and use wi-fi only to watch YouTube? Or if you go to an area that has much better cell signal?

Ok then I know that's the problem. I don't have a good signal here. I will try in better signal. Thx.

I have the same 1 or 2 bars on my Note 10+ at work Att and dont experience my phone getting hot same when I was using my s10+ . Monitor it in safe mode for awhile see if it still happens

I have S10e ... and a heavy user..
The only time it gets warm up is when i charge it wirelessly , other then that it's fine ..

I don't know what is affecting my wifi, generally very good, full or one off in bars, very poor 1-2 bars for AT&T. I have to turn off "switch to cell when weak wifi is detected" (interference? other?) AND use Airplane, then everything is fine.

Surprised. happens with newest iPhone and s10+ and I still think it all began after nearby lightning hit. Maybe a ISP feed or utility pole wire got compromised. I had to replace my modem, it worked but less reliably ythan it should or use to. Can't get ISP to take me seriously and test THEIR equipment first. I had their speedtest show less than 10Mbps at times, and 200Mbsec at other times. Often having to turn wifi off/on in am around 6-7 am. One should not need to reboot a router or reset modem but often on weekends I did for a couple months.

Its voodoo.
