Has anyone sent in their tab pro in for service? I'm thinking of sending my tab in for the battery problem and screen flickering. How was the process? How long was the turn around? Was the problem fixed?
I have sent my Galaxy Tab pro 8.4 in 4 times. I am still waiting for it to come back this time. Maybe you'll have better luck. I must say that the shipping is easy. If only they would fix it. I keep getting "no problem found" on my repair although it is almost unusable it freezes so much.
My wife's Tab Pro (which was a refurb from Groupon Goods) died after two months. Fortunately, it's still covered under a 90 day Samsung warranty, so we'll see if they send her a better unit!
