Was I successful in installing a custom rom?

is there any help

have a samsung galaxy s4 sgh-1337 at&t and i tried to install a custom rom and when i rebooted my phone it says samsung then under it shows a unlocked lock icon thats says custom but it never goes past that screen any help please
