Was the HTC One M8 to big? Would you consider the Mini?

I know there are a lot of people saying the original M8 is to big / long. If you are one of those people... Would you consider the mini M8 to suite your needs? Or did the M8 turn you off from the brand completely?

I'm the opposite. I like the bigger phones so I'd be happy if they came out with an HTC Phablet

I can see the the mini version of the M8 doing well for those that would prefer a smaller phone though.

Overall I'm not a fan of big phones, but the original M8 is just right. I don't like the M8 Mini because of the downgraded specs. If it had the same hardware specs and all then maybe I would get it.

yh the M8 is a very good phone but long, if only the specs on the mini were thesame i would have gone for it.

I was hoping for a miracle where HTC took a page out of Sony's book when they made the M8 Mini. However, that was unfortunately not the case, so it looks like I'll be going full-size, as much as I would have liked to have a mini-powerhouse

I could be wrong but it sounds like the camera in the mini 2 is the same one on the desire 816
