Watch 5 Pro LTE stopped downloading

My watch 5 pro has stopped downloading faces and updates from the Playstore.

I have several faces and updates pending but they just won't download. I've restarted the watch and still nothing will download.

Any ideas?

I have a face that is trying to update that is holding everything up. This face was never installed on the watch but installed on the phone. I've uninstalled it from the phone but it's still stuck on my watch.
