Watch arrived Broken, what should I do?

Watch arrived Broken.

Bought a Moto 360 almost 4 months ago. It arrived broken and was returned. I do not have a refund or a watch. Complaint #s 141224-007587 and 150330-005963 and 150331-035146. Any Help would be good. I am at 25 emails, 20 phone calls and 30 Facebook complaints to all of upper management found on the Motorola site. Everyone says the refund is coming. Apple is looking pretty good right now.

Welcome to Android Central! Sorry to hear that. How long do they say the refund will take? If you're in the US, you could lodge a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, although that won't really help you with the refund.
