Watch ESPN App

Has anyone been able to get the Watch ESPN app to work on the Note 2. I'm with Time Warner Cable and it has never worked for me.

I've wanted WatchESPN since day one but none of the supported providers are offered in my area. I wish they had a monthly subscription option lol. Bummer.
