Are you looking for something that displays like a traditional watch (with hour/minute hands) or something else? I'm not sure what exactly you are looking for.

There are a lot of watch "faces" for smart watches, with the traditional watch face for it. I did a quick Google search and GearFaces | Let's Face it, you want it! looks to have a lot of watch faces for the Galaxy Gear.

I think he wants it to stay analog in ambient mode, instead of switching to digital.

You can always switch the settings in the display option to read last used as opposed to clock. It will consume more battery but you will be able to use any watch face option that way and not see the black and white digital display.

I like the analog display when I look at the time on the watch. All but the stock watch faces only show digital time until they are woke up completely.

I use Low Energy Clock ($1.99?), have last screen set for what to do with motion and the watch shows Low Energy Clock when I move my wrist to wake the clock.

Read what Tech-fan said, if you go in to the settings>display>wake-up screen and switch it from clock to last screen it will be the last screen you went to when the watch goes dark, you just have to make sure whatever you were doing gets closed out or that will be your wake up screen.
