Im going to chalk this up to the defective watch thing, because the watch is litterally sitting on top of 3 devices and will not find any of them.

What devices are you trying to pair it with. I thought you said that at the tmobile store they paired your watch with one of their Android devices. If I'm not mistaken you can only have one android device paired with your smartwatch. You can have multiple smartwatches paired to one phone or tablet but not the other way around.

its not finding anything, its not paring with anything. even my ipad cant pick it up. or at best its very infrequent even if they are touching each other it finds it 1 out of 100 times.

It depends on what you try to pair with. It should be able to pair with BT headset w/o problem although I have one that won't show up for pair but it pairs with my home BT gateway and car system just fine.

If you try to pair with another device as its AW host, you will need to reset the watch first.

If you try to pair with another device to act as BT speaker/headset of that device, the watch won't have that option until you disable the numbersync/sharing feature of the watch.
