Watch screen going zoomed in without me wanting it to

So Ok, I have the 46mm Galaxy watch for two weeks, and have a number of times found my screen has zoomed in, so that I can only see a portion of the screen.
Is this something that I am doing inadvertently or is this a bug in the software.
My wife has the 42mm and has had the same thing happen as well.

Hi, don't use watches , but maybe I can help check couple things out.
In settings of the watch does it have anything for gesture control ? Maybe a tap zooms in or check in settings display options .

Could be the accessibility features. Triple Tap zooms the screen

Link has the method to enable/disable the setting.
