Watch Time Right ... But Reminders and Alarms Aren't

The time displayed on my Moto 360 matches my phone, but all off a sudden I have recently noticed that if I use voice commands to set an alarm or reminder it is off. In other words, I'll ask for a reminder at 10:00 am and the reminder will set for 2:00 am. If I do the exact same thing directly on my phone, rather than through the Moto 360, it sets correctly. Any ideas on how I can fix this?
