Many faces for the Samsung Watch3 have a reading for the phone charge, but this feature doesn't seem to work on any. I've heard this problem is an issue with the OS and not the faces. Also, I heard there is an add-in that will properly show phone charge. I haven't found it in the Play Store. The name is supposedly "GDP" but the store has no listing for it. Anyone have info on this?

That's not my experience. I have about 6 faces that I rotate. Remaining charge % shows on all. I don't have any suggestions on how to fix your issue. It sounds like this could be an issue with the watch face needing permissions to access this from watch itself. Maybe ask this on the official samsung forums.

You understand their looking for a way to read their PHONE charge on their watch?

Either way i haven't found a way to do it without installing a potentially sketchy app on your phone.

Yes, I absolutely missed that. I recall this being asked before and there is no watch face, setting, or legitimate app that will enable this.

Huh? I have a watch face right now that is displaying the phone's battery percentage. Just saw multiple faces in the Facer app that have the phone battery percentage.

Not familiar with the facer app. I'm assuming that it's not connected to the faces that are offered on the galaxy wearable app.

The faces you see in the wearable app are but just a glimpse of what you'll find in the Galaxy Store. They simply install onto your watch, unless otherwise noted.

For Facer, you need to download the "Facer Watch Faces" app for your phone from the Google Play Store and the Facer companion app for your watch from the Galaxy Store. Once you have them both downloaded and installed, make sure you select the Facer icon in your watch faces as the current watch face. From there you can transfer any of the free faces to your watch. You can upgrade your free account to a couple different options if you wish.

A lot of watchfaces on Facer have a nominal cost (generally no more than a couple of bucks), and there are a TON of options out there. This is a very simple, clean, informative style I liked that happened to be free (though the complications are not editable as far as I can tell).
