Watchmaker to Facer? Luxury watchfaces?

Is it possible? I know it's a .watch file, but is there a way to change it to .face so I can open it with Facer?
Also, is there any Hublot/Rolex watch faces? If so, where? I don't seem to find more than like 3 on Facerepo.

If you look inside the file using winrar... I think that could work.
