Okay so here's an interesting question: I have a work profile on my 3XL with Android Q beta 4. I set up my Cisco desk phone so that when I receive a voicemail from someone it sends a carbon copy of the voicemail to my work email address. Since my work email address is not my phone I get a copy of the voicemail wherever I am. However, the voicemail is in a .wav sound file format. My desktop has VLC media player on it and it plays the voicemail fine. My phone can download VLC media player but it won't load the audio clip because due to the work profile which is on my phone, in the work profile Play store there's no vlc player. I hope this makes sense to people I'm a little baffled us to what to do to listen to the actual voicemail sound clip on my phone. Anything else in slash help is greatly appreciated! Thank you very much.

In fact, there aren't any audio players in the work profile Play store at all. And it doesn't look like when I receive the voicemail as an email, that the phone is downloading the sound clip locally. So again, that's why I'm not sure what to do...
