Hello, all! Long time reader who has much appreciated your combined wisdom and experience here, finally officially joined so I can have more access to links and stuff. I had the original Droid Incredible but got a TBolt in April. Love the phone, hate the latest update and all the spontaneous rebooting I have now. I keep checking for updates to no avail...

I'm really curious about rooting my phone but not brave enough to actually do it. I feel very unqualified, but boy do I admire you who are adventurous enough to dig around in your phone's software and customize it so it does more cool stuff!

Not sure how much I'll post... as I said I'm feeling very under-qualified at the moment-- but you can be sure I'll be reading and learning along the way!

*waves* Hi and welcome. I haven't had my Droid Incredible for even six months, so when I joined I felt very, very unqualified to do much of anything. However my short time in this forum has been a crash course in all things Android, and though I am by no means an expert I've learned a lot. I didn't feel qualified to root my phone at first either, but I did my research, read, re read, and re re read the rooting instructions over and over again. When I finally pulled the trigger and rooted my phone everything went like clockwork. You've found a great place to learn, and never be afraid to ask questions. There are lots of people here who would be more then happy to help you.
