Way to do screen comes on?[Solved]

Is it way to do that if get any notifications screen lights up for 1 second? As not see way to do that

Under <Settings> click "Notifications", then scroll all the way to the bottom where it says "Looking for Something Else?" - click on "Flash Notification", then click "Screen flash notification" and see if that does what you want. That is the only thing I could find!

I have been using Glimpse Notifications app for quite a while and that does what you are looking for.
