Without knowing too many details, hoe many of you would want to upgrade to a DInc 2 when it comes out? I feel that so long as it is comparable to other high end devices out at that time I would definitely go for it. I LOVE my DInc so I would have no problem stick with HTC in the newer version.

How about you all? DInc 2, or are you switching to Moto, Samsun or.........Apple??

I really like HTC over the other manufacturers. If the specs are right, I'm IN on launch day.

seeing that the DINC itself is still high end with a super awesome camera a good procsessor i have a feeling this phone is going to be killer if its the successor

As I have stated before, unless Verizon and HTC stop supporting the Droid Incredible, I have no interest in getting another phone anytime soon. My upgrade doesn't kick in until January of next year anyway. This is the best phone, IMHO, on the market. And I don't think the EOL date, which I think is in March, would be so soon if HTC did a better job of stocking up on product after the Great AMOLED Screen Disaster of Summer 2010. If I keep my Incredible until 2015, I would be happy with that.

Had the Droid X and returned it because of problems plus it is just too BIG. Went to the Fascinate and became disheartened in Samsung's lack of support (still no froyo, no idea when and rumors that they may not??) Have had my incredible for 2 weeks now and I am loving this handheld. I am not looking back.

It would be the Inc2 or the Thunderbolt for me. But I love my INC and I really am partial to HTC over other manufacturers. So, no matter what it will be one of them......

The Dinc is STILL by far one of the BEST high end phones out there, even today compared to allot of the new phones!

It is certainly the best phone I have had in my 15 years of carrying one.

My upgrade doesn't kick in till Feb 2012... So, unless something mind blowing hits the market, Dinc I shall stay...

I have never carried a phone for 2 years.... But it looks like I may keep this till the upgrade time....

give me a 4.3" super AMOLED+ , Dual core processor, factory 2000Mah or better battery, front facing camera , 4G radio and HDMI out !!

Ditto, now for that I would put my dinc in the phone drawer.

Outstanding

Ditto. My wish list almost exactly (I'd prefer a 4" screen but 4.3 will do).

But I really do want to stick with HTC regardless. Liked my Eris and LOVE my Incredible. Hate Moto (bad history there) and Samsungs are even worse so that narrows my choices JUST a bit, lol.

I agree with you on the above specs, but I'm going with 4" SAMOLED.

Love my Dinc but I think Im going with the thunderbolt unless the Dinc 2 has a bigger screen and better specs by time Im due for an upgrade.

+1 The Dinc is a great device, but I'd like a bigger (and higher quality) screen. Tablets are too expensive and not that practical.

I am back to say that the Incredible S has welcomed specs but not enough for me to leave my original.

HTC just give me a dual core Thunderbolt and we will call it good.

I agree. I'm leaning toward the Bionic just because of the dual core. If they can't get roms onto it, maybe I'll go for the Thunderbolt instead. A single, faster processor with a larger screen scares me when I think about my Incredible's already suspect battery life.

Just wait for a dual core Thunderbolt if you can, if that happens later than sooner hello Bionic.
