My waze is working fine. Is your gps turned on? Rebooted phone? Or clear the data via manage apps?
Try opening Google Maps. Does it locate you ok?

Yes rebooted, clear data, and maps can find me. Google Now says turn GPS On, and it's on.

Try downloading this app and see if you can get at least 3 satellites? If not you won't get a lock on your location. If you have rebooted your phones and gps can't get a lock?
You might have to do a factory reset

Yup, and so far the only way to fix it is a factory reset.
