There's a pretty good one over at xda. i started here a while ago and have been over there for the most part since i got my photon. There's actually a few roms, CM7/9, MIUI, and a bunch of blur based ones.

Hell Yes, CM9 is the shiznit. You should try MIUI also, thats actually what I'm running atm and its great
