Weak or no data/signal.

I need some ideas or suggestions. For the past six days I have had very low or zero data. At first I wasn't even able to update my prl or profile as possible fixes. Was not able to connect to dm server. I finally called customer service and explained my issue. Told them I could get it working kinda okay if I traveled around to neighboring cities but had the issues mostly at home. They had me try the ##786# method and due to the weak signal it took me like four tries just to log in my google acct. They put a trouble ticket for me as that was the most they could do. So I make a stop to a local Sprint store that can do "repair" but the front desk didn't do a thing. Told them about my problem and that I had a trouble ticket made. The lady there told me they are doing some tower work for 4g and that was affecting some people. I'm missing text messages or getting them the very next day due to all this. Sometime I can refresh weather updates. Is this bs or should I try a different Sprint store? I would prefer to get some insight or solution from anyone else that knowledge on actual cells. Thanks for letting me rant.

Maybe if you bug them enough they will give you some sort of credit for the inconvenience (800 number- retention dept). Good luck. Hope the pain is over soon.

Ask them if they can provide you with a micro cell that connects to your internet at home. I'm not sure if Sprint still offers them, I know AT&T does. It basically makes a mini cell phone antenna/tower in your home so you get decent coverage.

That would be a great idea but I had never once had this type of issue before. That's why it is so confusing for me and extremely frustrating. :'(
