Wear OS Issue

Having this issue with my Wear OS. Did a Google search and found this thread.

Basically watch gets notifications but loses Bluetooth connection. Most everyone on the thread has a OnePlus phone. Anyone here have the issue? You will know by going into Bluetooth on watch and it will say disconnected, but you still get notifications.

Gear S3 works fine with me on my 6T.

No disconnect issues.

I have not tried samsung pay yet I was able to set up my cards.

I don't think the Samsung watches use Wear OS. If i can't find a fix I may have to switch to a Samsung watch.

Noob mistake. Sorry. Wear is the name of the app for samsung gear. You are right.

No worries are all! I have honestly been contemplating getting a Samsung for my next one. Is there any functionality loss with using the Samsung watch with a non Samsung phone?

Tons of posts on OnePlus forums. Seems like it's an issue with new Wear OS update and OnePlus phones.

I'm using the OG Huawei Watch and not having any issues. not sure which version of Wear OS I'm on but it was recently updated all think it's up to date.

So you never get the disconnected cloud icon? Mine goes away when I'm on WiFi, which I am a lot so I didn't notice it until I went out of town. If I'm not on WiFi I get that icon.

Nope, sorry. I've never noticed it. I was out of town today and didn't notice the disconnected cloud icon. I'll be out and about tomorrow so I'll make a point to look just in case I just missed it. I'll let you know.
