I have the Ticwatch S. The issue I am having is not getting notifications until I actually look at the watch and wake it up, which is pointless, I need to be able to put my phone in do not disturb, and reliably receive text messages and call notifications on my watch, anyone else having this issue.

May be for some reason, when you put your phone on DND mode, the Watch also was put in DND?

But that's the thing when you put the phone in DND the watch doesn't goes in DND.
The other way around when you put the watch in DND the Phone don't goes in DND.
That's the ting I don't Understand.
Why is this so different?

My problem with notifications is that I feel the vibrate, but the face does not wakeup until I touch it. Then, most times I have to wipe up to see the notification.
My Fossil watch wakes-up on its own, when a notification is received and displays it.
I have notification previews set to NORMAL on both.

Did you figure the solution to this .. I find the same, that when my phone is in DND, my watch is not
