Does anybody wear your samsung watch with the face on the inside of your wrist and if so does it seem to work alright for you wearing it that way?

When I wear my citizen, fossil, or g-shock I always wear it on the inside of my wrist because working as a paramedic I always wanted to protect the face of my watch especially my nice citizen.

If you wear your samsung that way can you tell any difference with the tracking sensors and the display turning on and off when you need it to.

Thanks

It works fine worn that way. In fact the HR sensor is more reliable because it then lies directly on the underside of your wrist where the veins are closest to the surface of your skin.
I used to wear it like that for exercise on older versions of the watch firmware when HR was very unreliable. It has improved a lot since, so I don't need to wear it like that anymore.
Raising your wrist to wake the watch, if you have that option enabled, still works with wearing inside wrist, but moving the watch back down doesn't turn the screen back off again. That's the only drawback. But just turn screen timeout down to eg 10 seconds and the comparable battery loss is fairly negligible.
