Weather app issues

Is 10:45pm here in jersey and my Evo still displays a bright sun on the weather app. I tried refreshing the app but the sun still there instead of a moon. Does anyone knows why?????

No, but there's another thread right after yours asking this same question... his changes at midnight and mine here in Hi around 8:30pm - 9pm.
