Weather/Clock?

Is there anyway to update the citys on here? Every town I try and type in is not available. It shows a lot of cities in other countries when I am searching, but not the ones I want here in the US.

What city are you looking for? If you tap on the clock you should get to a place where you can "add city".

I can add, just none of the ones I want show up.

A few examples:

Slidell, LA
Gulfport, MS
St Augustine, FL

My city isn't listed either but GPS will find it for me. I just turn on my GPS and let it up date on it's own, then turn GPS off when it's done.

Yeah, I had that same problem earlier.

I seem to remember reading the other day that there is a hack to add cities to the XML file that the Accuweather widget uses. I'll see if I can dig it up. . . .

Yesterday I drove to a few small areas and it said things like S2 where the town name should be. Annoying.

When I first got my incredible I thought that the clock and weather widget looked cool and was really happy with it. As time went on I realized the the weather widget was useless. Half the time it didn't update and even if it did all it would tell me is what the weather was at that point. I could go out side and get that info on my own. I have since gotten rid of the weather widget and use the weather channel. It isn't pretty, but it does work very well and the info is good.
