Weather missing on lockscreen after Lollipop

On Bell.....After the upgrade to Lollipop, the weather on the lockscreen is gone. Have tried turning it on and off and many reboots, but can't get it to come back. Any ideas? Seems more people are having trouble with NOT being able to get rid of it.

this is how I got it back on my phone:::::System----Sounds & notifications-----Notification---While locked----show all content!

Yeah was set that way, tried going back and forth with reboots, but no change
