Web page with <?> characters instead characters with tilde or accents

Hi, My first post here,

I have an Galaxy s4 bought here in Spain, with Spanish key board correctly configured.
When I fire up google and I go for example to Spanish newspaper or other spanish page, I see <?> in the web page inside the words that normally should have a tilde or accent.
How can I configure my keyboard or device so that the web pages appear properly with the correct letter
