Web pages turn small

I have noticed that web pages on droid razr after ics sometimes randomly revert to a very small font. Is there a way to correct this. Very annoying.

Open web browser and go to the "settings>accessibility". Now change the fonts size.

I have done that. But still the font size will sometimes
revert to tiny for no apparent reason.
