Webcam to a Tablet video chat

How does one go about having a video conversation with someone with a webcam to someone holding a Galaxy tab?

Qik- Not available to computers.
Skype- Doesnt seem to work
Oovoo- not available on tablets..

A couple of questions for some help:

1. The video chat appears, then opens but I get a "no video" on the receiving end of the outgoing Tablet call. Anyone get the video to work correctly?

2. On the Tablet outgoing video end, the default camera is the back vs. the front camera. Even if I had a good transmission, using the back camera would still be unacceptable. Did you do something special to get the front facing camera working?

Its for a customer of mine and hes up my butt about it, I have tried to use Yahoo messenger for it but it doesnt work for me, I see myself on the computer but the tablet never rings..

I tap the screen and I get a camera icon and mute icon. Knly problem is that the video is slanted

This Is what I get I hit flip. By default it start front facing

that is weird. I just created a test account and did a video call between my iphone and my galaxy tab. the only problem i ran into was when i hit flip the image on my iphone froze, but when i hit flip again the image came back.
