Question Website content not loading

I have a 2023 Motorola power G5. Anytime I lookup a website in google search or chrome search, the link opens to a blank page with almost no content on it. I can see a few lines on the page and occasionally a banner but there are no pictures or words loading. I’ve updated my phone and powered on/off and can’t figure it out. I’m not super tech savvy (obviously) but searched through my settings and don’t see anything wrong.

Welcome to Android Central! Does this happen on both wi-fi and mobile data?

Are you using a VPN?

Try clearing the app cache and app data for Chrome in Settings>Apps, then Force Stop it, and then open it again. Does it still persist?

Thanks B. Diddy! That worked for about an hour and it’s back to not loading content.
I’m not using a VPN and it happens on WiFi or Cellular networks. Not sure what can be causing this!

Are you using the regular Chrome app, or did you happen to install Chrome Beta?

Try booting into Safe Mode and see if the problem persists. If it doesn't, then something you installed is probably causing the issue. https://en-us.support.motorola.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/153514/~/safe-mode

I have the regular chrome app but it’s also doing the same thing with a search through the standard google search bar that uses Edge.

Try clearing Data then force stop the Google app and then try same thing for webview app , also make sure in play store there no pending updates to chrome and webview apps
