Website has locked my Galaxy S5 browser, how can I unlock it?

Website has locked my Galaxy S5 browser

I tried clearing the cache and delete browsing history but the site has still got my browser locked

You could try clearing cache and data for the browser in settings - apps - all. Tap on force stop and reboot the phone. Tell us how it goes.
