website phone number extra number at the beginning

When you click on a phone number on a website, the number pops up with 011, then the number. Is there a setting to remove this?

If the site's number includes a country code, that's likely why that's happening (don't worry, if you're in the US and you dial that it doesn't really call 'long distance'). Also, the way numbers are handled might have been modified by your carrier.
